Hi, I’m one of the Chiropractic Assistants and am here to greet you when you come in for your appointment, as well as helping with the day to day running of the clinic. My background is in Events Management, but I decided I wanted a change once my first child came along, I’m passionate about health and wellbeing and I love working in this positive environment.

Eat Better

I eat as many natural unprocessed foods as possible and stay away from fried and fatty foods, and too much sugar. I go by the 80/20 rule, good 80% of the time and not so good 20% of the time. Balance is the key for me!

Think Better

Being out in nature puts me into a positive frame of mind.  I love going on bush walks where the peace and quiet never fail’s to put me in a positive frame of mind and leaves me feeling recharged. I also love dancing, so going to any dance event or a dance class always lifts my spirits, leaving me feeling refreshed with a new kind of energy.

Move Better

I love my yoga practice, which I’ve been doing for about 15 years. If I’m finding it hard to get to a class I’ll log onto oneoeight.com where they have access to hundreds of yoga and meditation classes that I can do at home.
