I am a Holistic Nutritionist and educator with 15 years Clinical experience and a Bachelor of Health Science. I became a Kundalini Yoga teacher in 2010 and a Theta Healing Practitioner in 2015. I teach foundational Nutrition & Lifestyle Self-care practices to set you up for life and prevent dis-ease.
My focus is on mother nature and wholefoods to restore vitality & re-balance our systems. My recommendations help you add in all the good stuff without depriving you of food that nourishes the soul. A healthy balance is vital to our satisfaction in life.
I treat all conditions, although my areas of expertise include Stress Management and Anxiety disorders, Detoxification & Cleansing practices, Weight Loss/Management, Women’s health, Preconception, Pregnancy & Beyond, Children’s Nutrition, Cardiovascular Health and Diabetes.
As Hippocrates said “All disease begins in the gut’. I have discovered that through treating and restoring digestive function, my clients gain huge improvements in their sleep, energy and presenting symptoms.
I help incorporate regular gut friendly practices into your everyday routine with simple, nourishing and delicious meal plans and lots of shortcuts to take the fuss out of cooking. As a mother to a 7 year old boy I also understand the need to simplify and reduce time in the kitchen without sacrificing nutritional quality.
My priority is to work with what’s most important to you to get the most out of your body and health in accordance with your personal goals and needs.
I will be available in clinic every Thursday from 9 am- 12 pm starting from March 28th.
