Practice Manager

I joined the CHC family in November 2019 as their first practice manager!  I am delighted to be part of this team of amazing professional practitioners and the wonderful, able and supportive Nat, Sarah & Christie on front desk.

I have been in the holistic health and wellness arena for the past 12 years but originate from the bridal industry where I made wedding cakes and arranged flowers for the previous 20 years!

My other passion when I’m not at the clinic is spending time with my 2 gorgeous little grandsons. 

I definitely have the best of both worlds!

Eat Better

As a trained Cordon Bleu chef my love of food goes back decades. Over the years though my style of cooking and my eating habits have changed dramatically, and now I’m a huge fan of paleo style food, and my cooking preference is natural, healthy, unprocessed foods wherever possible. Raw treats and cakes are my speciality!

Think Better

When I first wake up, and before I even get out of bed, I endeavour to focus my thoughts on being thankful for another new day and resolve to use the day for maximum impact. Meditation is a wonderful practice – especially for a ‘busy head’ like mine, and when I do settle to meditate it definitely helps with clarity and calmness.

Living in a state of gratitude for all the blessings in my life certainly promotes better connections with family, friends and the world around me.

Move Better

I am a water baby!  I love the ocean in particular but am also happy swimming laps in a pool – ocean or otherwise!  I also love to walk everyday, with or without our dogs and again the beach is my favourite place, but a good countryside walk, especially on a crisp winter day is also fantastic. I ‘gained’ my seniors card recently! and somehow that motivated me more than ever to keep moving so I can stay as fit and well as possible for as long as possible!
